About Strong Core Mama
10 years ago when I went to volunteer as a Physical Therapist in Kenya with Bethany Kids my eyes were opened to the lack of therapy services that kids in Africa have. My experience grew my desire to help others who do not have access to the physical therapy that they need.
Since then I have wanted to continue to make an impact on these kids' lives.
I want them to have access to the quality therapy services that they deserve.
This summer I will be racing with my friend, PJ, who has Angelman Syndrome and in a triathlon and half marathon.
Because I believe that BethanyKids is one of the best medical charities for getting healthcare to children across Africa I am committing to racing this summer in order to provide therapy services to kids in need. Will you help us support these precious kiddos?

Athletes in Tandem is a nonprofit that pairs able body athletes with adapative athletes and I've done over 55 races the last 10 years. I love sharing the feat with my friend PJ and other athletes.
